Our mission
Acro Strip was originally founded in 2018 by Felicia Castillo as an inclusive pole performance group based in the Los Angeles and Long Beach area. The current Owner and Director of the Acro Strip Show , Alex Vazin aka Ace Exotic, is focused on creating a safe and fun space for marginalized dancers and performers alike. We accept and empower dancers regardless of size, shape, race, skill level, gender identity, sexual orientation! We want a diverse, confident, fun, and sexy group of performers who break barriers, and the traditional ideas of what pole dancers and strippers should look like, dance like, and be. We fully support and feature sex workers and pole dancers alike.
The Acro Strip Show currently occurs about once a month at our home venue Que Sera in Long Beach California. Que Sera is a very special woman-owned venue that hosts shows from all different creators and has cultivated a space for Long Beach locals to be supported and connect with others in our community. Coming to our shows not only supports the dancers but also the Que Sera.

OUR CODE OF CONDUCT
The Acro Strip Show is and always has been a safe place for everybody. That being said, there is a code of conduct I expect my performers to adhere to.
If any dancer posts or shares derogatory or discriminatory content referring to race, sexuality, abilities, body size, or makes any direct inappropriate comments towards another user (past or present) especially to a fellow dancer you will be dropped from performing AT any Acro Strip events in the future.
If there is any unacceptable conduct at the venue you will be dropped from the lineup.
IF DANCERS FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE WITH ANY CONDUCT BY THE VENUES EMPLOYEES OR BY ANOTHER PERFORMER OR AUDIENCE MEMBER IT IS TO BE BROUGHT TO THE DIRECTOR TO DEAL WITH IMMEDIATELY
We accept dancers from all walks of life and we expect everyone to empower and support each other.
Additionally, we do not tolerate any negative comments about sex work. Acro Strip welcomes pole fitness performers and strippers alike and will not accept any negativity about those who are sex workers.
If you don't like strippers don't be a pole dancer. And if you have a negative opinion of strippers and sex workers then Acro Strip is not for you.
***THIS CODE OF CONDUCT IS PRESENTED TO EACH PERFORMER UPON INVITATION TO PERFORM AND BY ACCEPTING THE INVITATION YOU HEREBY ACCEPT TO ADHERE TO THIS CODE OF CONDUCT AND THE CONSEQUENCES VIOLATIONS FACE. THIS HAS ALWAYS AND WILL ALWAYS BE OUR CODE OF CONDUCT TO ENSURE EVERYONE IS ACTING RESPECTFULLY TO EACH OTHER AND THE BUSINESSES WE OCCUPY.
